there some of the good lotion /cream which can be applied on the body which will help in moisturizing as well as preventing dryness of the skin.
if you feel that the dryness is not improving you can go for more number of applications throughout the day. d

but Yes if child is having rough and dry skin, you may use baby friendly lotion.

would suggest to use Babyhug brand lotion which is free from harmful chemicals and suitable for all kind of skin m
