#asktheexperts Should I introduce Walker to my baby? If so, then at what age? There are walkers like Star & Daisy with height adjustment, speed control and diaper like seat, are they good?

A. no it's not recommended a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support. After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking independently and sometimes it may take even longer but in no case any Walker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.

A. I Would like to tell you that workers are not recommended to be given to the kids they have their own set of side-effects which is why paediatricians don’t allow you to give It to the child the correct is normally is after the age of nine months but I would say a complete no no please do not use just let your child grow up naturally that would be the best thing to do
