#asktheexperts She is not gaining weight. She now weighs 17 kg at 6 years of age. Weight gain remedy, please suggest.

A. hi mom try to give mix veg dal khichdi with ghee paneer parathas idli vada sambhar curd rice add nuts powder in milk paneer or egg or chicken rice milkshakes lassi
