A. Weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as per tr the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many factors and three most important causes are Baby not taking enough calories Baby is not absorbing the enough calories which the baby is taking Baby is burning too many calories . So a proper assessment is very important to know the cause regarding this .

A. A lot of time these things can be due to nutritional deficiency in the body so I’m going to recommend you to kindly consult your doctor for that they’ll help you starting with necessary supplements for your child which is what is going to be helpful in the current situation situation
