#asktheexperts she is 10 years old and On medications , She have adenoids. How does time to improve naturally . If not improve so what should we do

It does not improve naturally on its own you have to go ahead with proper treatment you can go for some meal spray and medicine would be good and also it would completely depend what is the rate of adenoids on that basis only the doctor can suggest you whether the treatment in terms of surgery would be required or not
