if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child
it is important to give fibre diet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruitsd
avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined fdood
adding papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineapple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.

keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake
add fibre rich foods as papaya pear sapota apple
add vegetables and fruits..
give curd daily for good digestion
