#asktheexperts she doesn't eat anything. is 7 years old. just want chips, ice cream, yakult and all junk like these. what to do?

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, I totally understand your concern but unless and otherwise we introduce these junks to kids, they don’t really ask for it. The more such junk he consumes , his immunity will get affected in the long run. Get him used to home made foods. It will take time but eventually he will start accepting it when you don’t force feed him
