Q.

#asktheexperts respected mam I am having periods for more than 11 days mam for the first 7 days flow was as usual after that there is light flow daily what should I do please suggest me is there anything to worry

A. then you do usg ok. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. hi dear Baby girls can have some minor vaginal bleeding. It can start any time from 2-10 days of life. This is normal and called false menses.
