Hello mam, you can have normal foods that you eat regularly at home just add a little more vegetables and fruits and cereals etc enough liquids needs to be consumed and keep your self well hydrated , Morning - seasonal fresh fruits ( throughout the pregnancy avoid pineapple and papaya) Breakfast - idli/ Upma / poha , stuff paranthas or veg paranthas Milk Mid morning - dry fruits or seasonal fruits Lunch / dinner - roti / rice Dal / non veg Vegetable curry Curds or butter milk ( avoid at night time ) Vegetable salad Evening - milk Biscuits / Makhanas Halwa Bed time - milk

Hi mom Take healthy protein rich nutritious food Maintain hygiene Take seasonal fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Maintain hydration Give adequate water Offer different varieties of food Give adequate food including high protein diet Consult with your doctor for regular follow up
