Green leafy vegetables especially rajgira, shepu, spring onion, other greens.
Beet root, sitaphal.
Dry fruits like dates, black currant munnakka, prunes, figs
Bajra, poha is good.
whole pulses , sprouts
seasonal fruits especially citrus like orange, mousambi, berries, guava, before food for good iron absorption.
Squeeze lemon over Dal and sabzi.
