A. hi, apko khaane mein vegetables and fruits ki maatra badani chahiye.. khane ko paste nahi, balki bacche ko chabake khilane ki koshish kijiye.. Fruits chabake khilayiye juice banake nahi.. Aapne pura nahi likha ki actually kya takleef hai.. agar constipation hai to water ki maatra badaiye, bakery products kam kijiye inse bhi agar aap koi changes nahi dekhte hain to Doctor se consult kare.. min 15 se 20 din dekhe upar ke options try karne ke baad

A. thank you for reaching out to answer this question please double check what is the current diet and include a lot of fruits and vegetables in a diet that should be at least two to four servings of each throughout the day
