A. dear mum , for healthy wt gain a balanced diet with variety of food groups 3 meals 1 snack other than grains include protein source in every meal from dal legumes beans sprout/ egg non veg , curd paneer , nuts oilseeds , veg fruit for immunity add ghee to food
