1.starchy food like boiled potato , sweet potato, rice,sago etc are best
you can give one banana or apple a day.
include milk and milk based products in your child diet.
you can prepare Healthy snacks like dates ladoo (see it's recipe in my profile) , besan chilla , multigrain idli etc
2.as a child is 22 months old, you can give 250 to 500ml milk per day
