Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. please give adequate feeding preferably mother's milk to the baby up to 6 months keep the baby warm take the vaccines for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
