Try applying coconut oil and your breastmilk there. This will help. If it doesn't then apply bitadin powder or Clocip powder as both are anti fungal and bacterial in nature.
Don't use any soap till it heals and don't use diaper in Daytime. Try using Babyhug bed protector and Babyhug reusable muslin cloth diaper in daytime.
