A. Hello! For breakfast, you can start giving all the staple is like Idli Dosa, poha, Uma, Dalia and so on. For lunch and dinner, whatever you prepare for your family, like Dal chawal, Roti sabji, Paneer, vegetable curries, soups, Khichdi, and so on. In case if the family is non-vegetarian, even that can be given daily to your child
