#asktheexperts now my baby is 6 months old, now am not able fulfill her hungry with brest milk eventhough am giving 2 times complenentory food. how can i increase breastmilk?

U Can try having fenugreek capsule as a lactation supplement post to be quite nice yet if you cannot increase your breast feeding you can shift to tone pasteurised milk as well that is supposed to be quite nice to be introduced after the age of six months
