if your child is active and has been achieving all the milestones on time there is no need to worry it could be because of genetic resons that the baby is not gaining weight, you as a parent make sure to offer well balanced diet and a lot of physical activity for healthy weight gain

Hello dear parent for 4 years old you shoukd ask u our softie fir any deworming medicine to be given yo the child or any syrup that can help in increasing appetite of the child. Give him supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only.
