Do not overstrain or overstress yourself too much for the first couple of months, especially while lifting, heavy weights and bending down. Do not do that. Keep yourself well hydrated while you breastfeed the baby. Eat a good diet. Always sit in a comfortable position while you breastfeed. Maybe you can try using Babyhug feeding pillow
