Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if child is not gaining proper weight you need to consult your doctor to rule out the cause and most of the tiyme it could be because of nutritional deficiencies like nutritional anemia and some other factors likhe malabsorption any chronic disease like congenital heart disease or some chronic infection specially urine infection or worm infestation should be checked if required .

You should consult your doctor if your kids are underweight and it is definitely a matter of concern it’s 4 KG underweight not even less so that’s definitely a matter of concern for you you should consult a nutritionist once for that to understand better and to deal with the situation is badWrite Your Answer Here
