#asktheexperts My son was fed breast milk for 7 months only ...He was fed NAN pro 1 & 2 till he grew 10 month . But some problems rose due to Nan Pro...then doctor advised to avoid any formula milk .... now he is well and following this routine morning 1 banana + puffed rice 10 am - egg smashed 1.30 pm - rice +dal+ one or two vegetables 5.30 pm - poha and dates smashed 9.30 pm- rice + dal + one vegetable 4.30 am - 4 spoon of Easum rice is it ok for his growth and nutrition his birth weight - 2.485 kg now he is - 9 kg
