#asktheexperts My son was born premature. he ignores the basic food mostly liking to have nonveg. We cannot feed him when he is sick. he is mostly fond of ice cream and chocolate. how to change this habit

You’ll have to set a time that once in a week you’ll get an ice cream or you’ll get this thing because if you continue to give these things they’re going to be very bad for the immune system of your child plus too much of non-veg is also not healthy you should stick to more of vegetarian diet for your child
