#asktheexperts My son of 7months is badly constipated after introduction of solids in his diet..pls help. Im giving prunes, papaya ,but he is not getting relief.

A. Infant commonly become constipated when they start eat foods that their bodies cannot yet digest properly.. So offer well cooked, soft, semi solid food. Add veggies n fruits in weaning food. Give sips of water after giving solids. continue with papaya, n prune juice.
