A. dear mum, if your 13 months old baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, has tripled the birth weight by one year then you should not worry. young babies have small stomach capacity, so give small frequent meals. encourage feeding by self and along with the family. do not force feed. engage child in loving conversations and stories. do not bottle feed. include milk products like curd, paneer, cheese and breast milk.
