Q.

Hi my baby is of 13 months she does not drink outside milk,i want to remove habit of breastfeeding what should i do ? she eats less and always demand breastfeeding..kindly suggest me please

A. thank you for reaching out to you us with your question you can continue with mothers milk until two years old however after one year the focus shifts to solid is that is the main source of Nutrition always make sure limiting milk only 3 times a day you can drop one feed at a time
