A. Dear parent, for healthy weight gain of your 2 years old child, give 5 to 6 meals a day and up to one katori every time. The meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables You can give eggs and non veg foods Add dry fruits and nuts to baby’s diet. Around 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food.
