#asktheexperts my son is14 months old still no teething

A. Hi sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth and maximum upto the age of 18 months, first milk teeth can erupt.. so don't be tensed and wait for some more time

A. The average age is anywhere from 6 months to 12 months, though some babies will get teeth earlier and some will get them later. Timing isn't that important; however, if your baby still has no teeth by the age of 18 months, it may be time to see a pediatric dentist for an evaluation.
