Sunita MahatoMom of 3 children1 week agoA. at one yr baby should be three times the birth wt and second yr an avg wt gain is 2 kgs... gv wt gain foods as potato sweet potato ragi dalia eggs avocado pumpkin dry fruits as cashew almonds walnuts in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amt... strt with vit supplements as zincovit...
