Q.

#asktheexperts my son is eating food but not interestly and always doing vomiting 🤮 so what should I do

A. it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child. many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food. so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the adppetite of the child. at the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite. d give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.

A. Children with sensitive gag reflexes often do better with solids that dissolve easily, rather than lumpy pureed foods. Brushing your child's teeth will also often help to make their gag less sensitive. If your child enjoys putting toys in their mouth, provide teething toys that have bumps and different textures.
