Q.
#asktheexperts my son is avoiding drinking milk from right breast. he start sucking but give up soon. he is fine with left side. I am observing this since last 4-5 days. what shall be done ?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! This is common around 3-5 months baby to reject feed or only rejects one side nothing to worry.
They develop a milestone of observing surroundings, exploring things, staring constantly at objects like fans, windows, ceiling.
Feed frequently every 1-2 hours from both sides because leaving one side might reduce supply due to not latching and also lumps formed by leftover milk which produces normally on the other side (due to rejection)
