Q.
#asktheexperts My son is 9m old. he had cough, cold and fever 10 days back and he was prescribed anti biotics, cough syrup and paracetamol after which he s alright. Myself and my husband had cough and cold 2 days back and now we are alright. now, my son is having slight fever again. is it something to worry.. And he is still not crawling.. just trying to crawl is that fine for his age??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. sitting without support and crawling in children may sometimes come after one year of age also.
if the growth of the child is proper no need to worry. just take care of regulart diet and baby massage which will help in strengthening the muscles needed for sitting and crawling.
in some cases crawling may be absent in children and directly the child will begin to stand with support and later walk with support and then without support.
take a medical check up done to confirm if there is need of any intervention.
