Q.

#asktheexperts My son is 8 years 11 months and has 23 kg weight. He is a very picky eater and doesn't drink milk. He is super active but sometimes complains about leg cramps. Please help me to know what all I should give him to increase his appetite and weight.

A. Namaste MOm One of the best methods to increase the child's appetite would be to get them into some form of physical activity as such such as swimming cycling dance sports etc As far as food is concerned try to change the form of food given to them
