To overcome this you should gradually reduce the amount of buying foods and add home based foods with outdoor activities.
AmyMom of 2 children3 years agoA. please try to give proper 3 meals at time so that baby will not have urge to have milk much and gradually decrease the milk quantity and work on different foods and tastes give healthy foods n fruits

Limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice.
