#asktheexperts my son is 7year and had hard time to concentrate in a place for more than 10mints.

A. dear mum. do try to channelize his mind . you can give him syp Shakhapushpi daily. also give some walnut and almond soaked daily. try to have meaning ful conversations related to his studies
