Q.

#asktheexperts my son is 7 and half month old... n I give him food like mashed patatoes...pumkin...rice...ragi n oats.. but what I want to ask is...he doesn't it it bland... I hv to add jaggery in it for him... to make it sweet.... or he dosent it..he throws it up....is it ok giving him jagry for all foods.... I give him apple and pears and banana also...for that i dont add jaggery as it's already sweet...

A. It’s fine as jaggery never harms and it improves digestion and it is rich source of iron so it’s fine to add jaggery to the food to be given to the baby
