ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 months agoA. hi. give 3 meals and 1 snack a day and breast feed on demand. can give verity of porridge, dal khichdi, dalia khichdi, fruit puree, vegetable puree, suji kheer, oats, curd rice.
