#asktheexperts my son is 4 yrs old.. From last 5 days he was complaining about stomach ache..he passed stool after each meal..I gave him 10ml albandazole but since no relief.. please suggest what to do??

A. it looks like any stomach infection givemeftak spas for pain . Loose stool may be due to any gastric infection so milk should be avoided as it is not digested well . Give enterogermina or any other probiotic along with o r s solution to baby to prevent any dehydration . Give paracetamol of any fever .
