Q.
#asktheexperts My son is 4 year old. he is doing good for his age. but he is preferring more 9of sitting and playing like Painting, blocks playing rather than running, climbing and cycling. he do but not showing much interest. how can guide him? can I forcefully make him to do or I can encourage the things what he is interested with? please advice

You know your child has an interest in something so there is no problem in that but if you want your child to get into more of physical activities then be a part of it so in the evening you can take your child to the garden of the park and then you can do running around with your child like how you catch me and all of those things that is how you can introduce more of physical time for the child as well and that way rest of the other activities are good that your child is doing
