Q.

#asktheexperts My son is 3 years now and is very active in all aspects.. but weight remains the same.. he doesn’t lik to take veggies rather he likes egg and non veg much.. how many eggs can be given to him per day ??

A. you track weight.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.

A. One Egg is good enough for the child on an every day basis other than that if your child is fond of non-Veg then you can give chicken and fish to your child every day it’s very healthy and light for a child to digest so you can give this as well and also you should consult a nutritionist once but since you have not mentioned the current weight of your child I feel it’s quite lower than nutritionist is going to help you in better
