#asktheexperts my son is 3.6 years old and his HB is 7 only how can i boost his HB using some home remedies and very frequently he has problem of chest congestion and cough. Also in every summer frequently he got skin allergies. Kindly suggest

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please evaluate your baby once with doctor and ask for irom supplement and add in baby food banana, apple, pomegranate, broccoli, spinach. and lso give baby full makhane with jaggery powder. take care
