#asktheexperts my son is 2 year 9 month old he never eating...... why should i do

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabeanns eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. hi parent never over feed or force feed her keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake use simply purified water having tds higher than 340 give her soups and probiotics (as per her appetite) reduce her milk intake
