#asktheexperts my son is 13 months old he drinks cow milk eats everything and he suffers constipation frequently and he is not gaining weight what should I do

A. Sometimes parents do not know that milk can actually lead to constipation specially animal milk can really lead to constipation with lots of kids so you should avoid giving cows milk for two or three days and you will see automatically a difference
