#asktheexperts my son has normal weight but his stomach is like adult...big and other parts are normal it is normal?? attached pic is empty stomch if he is full then this is bigger

A. Yeah maybe your child is having bloating which is why the tummy looks to be so big you can check with your doctor if there’s any kind of gas or bloating related issue sometimes the tummy can look big because of that also
