#asktheexperts my son has enlarged tonsils & adenoids, so what food to avoid?

A. Hi Mom Avoid cold food cold drinks Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd fruits juice etc Make sure child is well cared Avoid cold food and oily Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals etc
