Q.

hello! my daughter rukain is 7+ and have enlarged tonsils fom age of 3 ,which many times get infected.what should I avoid giving her besides junk, so that tonsils will not increase in size?

A. do lukewarm water gargle. once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor avoid oily and refrigerated foods to avoid complications
