#asktheexperts my son gets some small ulcer like round spot on the tip of tongue and then it slowly spreads to almost half of the tongue and then it heals slowly. And this continues, like he always gets this tiny ulcer on tip of tongue, it spreads then heals and it's repeated. It's been going on for months now.
