#asktheexperts my son doesn't likes to eat food or anything.. he spit it out.. how should I make him eat and make healthy?

If it is due to too much of liquid intake before the meal, then please reduce that. Ensure that your child is actually physically active throughout the day and feel hungry before the meal time. Follow is scheduled meal time for the day.
