Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or anttitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fevcher and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Start with any good supplement for the child they could be a chance that your child could be having the community probably which is why your child is facing this kind of a nation is very common thing for kids to happen but it is going to be good enough if you start giving a proper supplement to their child and focus more on natural food habits hey
