A. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d. first tooth eruption can occur anytime between 6 months to 18 months of age. deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor. there is no need to worry becauses many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 16 to 18 months of age also. so if your personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry froms your side

A. hi it is ok it is natural process and infact , babies get their full set of primary teeth by the age of 2 or 3 years so please don't get panic for this. just give Healthy diet. avoid giving RO water as it can lead to nutritional deficiencies of calcium and vitamin B12.
