#asktheexperts My son (4.5 yr) is experiencing constipation. I have included enough fiber to his diet. he is taking apeg regularly since last year March. His symptoms not getting improved. whenever I try to reduce apeg dose his stool is becoming hard and dry.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Prune juice you can give about 60 ML in the night before sleeping start the day with a glass of warm water making your child sit into malaasan and also you can apply castor oil in the navel of the child when you put your child to sleep
